Named after our 7-year-old daughter, HJC Farms is a family-owned farm where our little farmer cares for, loves, and tends to each of our 250+ chickens. In fact, she’s even named most of them and can remember every single one of their personalities! Our hens are free-range, enjoying 2 acres of space to roam, forage, and live their best chicken lives. The result? Delicious, high-quality eggs that we’re proud to offer. We collect our eggs at least twice a day (depending on the temperature) to ensure they’re always fresh. Our eggs are organic, unwashed, and stored at room temperature, which helps them maintain their natural protective coating. They’ll stay good for days at room temp, and even longer if washed and refrigerated. Pricing and Pickup: We sell the eggs we have left after filling our weekly orders to local customers through this app. We also offer pickup at the square in Glen Rose for your convenience!
